Our story
CareER (pronounced as “Care-E-R”) was established in 2014 by a group of passionate individuals and a university graduate with disability. Standing for ‘Care in Education and Recruitment’, CareER is the first non-profit organisation in Hong Kong to provide charitable job-matching services for employers and candidates with any type of disability and special educational needs (SEN). We are also Hong Kong’s first peer support community and joint-university student/alumni union for students and graduates with disability/SEN for our members to help one another throughout the journey.
